How It Works

Tenants are referred to us by social services, homeless persons units and recommendation, there is never a shortage! We make a rental assessment by consulting Local Housing Allowance for the borough in which the property is situated. Level of rent paid depends on the circumstances of tenants and construction of their household. In some instances, rents are paid directly for certain categories of tenants by social services.

All lettings are subject to our terms and conditions.

We can also help investors to build-up a property portfolio by selling properties suitable for letting. If you are going to invest in property, why not do so with a social conscience? Accrue a valuable asset and help people in need. As a consequence of the credit crunch, investment properties can now be purchased more cost-effectively. Far better to act contra-cyclically, instead of jumping on an overheating bandwagon at its’ peak.

Vast numbers of single parents are in housing need, especially in London, many local authorities are unable to cope. Tenants are highly motivated. If they are evicted for rent arrears, councils deem them "intentionally homeless" and will not re-house them. Landlords do have to behave responsibly, though, maintaining properties and carrying out an annual gas safety test.
