Assessments are made by the Rent Officer Service based on the Broad Rental Market Area in which the property is situated. Levels of rent also depend on the composition of each household, including age and sex of children. We are able to make an assessment, prior to a tenancy being agreed (subject to changes in circumstances), so landlords/ladies can decide on the suitability of the scheme.
